This 2-part series of hybrid-online combined-concepts courses will provide new and innovative techniques that can be used immediately with numerous “take home” tips and pearls. Learn on your own schedule with the video recorded self-study modules, then meet with your colleagues and instructor for two 2-hour Zoom Virtual Classrooms to “pull it all together”. Explore the concepts of muscle imbalance and alignment, joint kinematics with movement, and compensatory movement patterns. Learn techniques to improve joint ROM, eliminate pain and sensitivity, restore muscle balance to the upper extremity and eliminate compensation patterns for faster outcomes. Current research will be included to support these concepts.
